House builders and plotted-layout developers touch nearly every aggregate grade over the course of a project — from the coarse stone in the foundation to the fine sand in the final plaster coat. Buying it all from one accountable supplier, on clean paperwork, simplifies your accounting and gives your own customers confidence. We supply from our crusher at Perindesam Village and partner crushers in the same belt on the Chennai–Tirupati corridor, and deliver to residential and layout work across the northern Chennai and Tiruvallur belt.
Materials for every stage of a build
- Foundations and columns — 20mm blue metal and 40mm for footings, PCC and RCC, locally called jalli or jelly.
- Slabs and structural concrete — 12mm blue metal with washed IS 383 Zone II M-Sand for cohesive, workable concrete.
- Plaster and finishing — P-Sand (plaster sand) for smooth wall and ceiling finishes.
- Filling and levelling — crusher dust for compacted fill under floors and around plinths.
- Site roads and layout infrastructure — GSB and WMM/WBM for internal roads in plotted developments.
Why clean paperwork helps developers sell
Plotted-layout and residential developers deal with banks, buyers and their own auditors. Every load from us carries a GST invoice (HSN 2517; IGST 5% on AP-to-TN supply), a weighbridge slip and e-transit / transit papers, with AP royalty itemised at actuals. That means your material spend is fully documented — useful when a buyer's home-loan valuer or your own auditor asks how the project was built. It also protects you from the disputes that arise when unbranded, undocumented material shows up short on weight.
Order sizes for builders
We dispatch in 16–20 MT tipper loads (10-wheeler) with a minimum of one full tipper load per material. For a single house that is a load or two per stage; for a layout you can schedule material against your construction sequence. During ramp-up we may supplement with disclosed partner-crusher material to keep your site moving, always stated openly.
