What we collect
When you send an enquiry we store the details you type: name, mobile number, optional email and company, delivery area, PIN code and site, materials, quantity, timeline and message, whether you asked for WhatsApp updates, and the wording and time of the agreement you ticked, together with the page you sent it from, the time, and a one-way hashed form of your IP address used only to block spam. Phone and WhatsApp conversations are not recorded.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, prepare quotations, schedule deliveries, issue invoices and statutory transit documents, and to keep a record of our commercial dealings as required by Indian company and tax law. We do not sell or rent your details. We do not send marketing messages unless you ask for price updates.
Where it is stored and for how long
Enquiries are stored on our web hosting account in India in a protected area not reachable from the internet, and are passed over an encrypted, authenticated connection to our own sales-management system (ERP), where our sales team handles them. Enquiry records are kept for up to three years; invoice and transit records for the period required by law.
Sharing
Details are shared only with our staff, our transport contractors (name, site and phone for delivery), our accountants, and government authorities where a transit pass, e-way bill or invoice requires it.
Cookies and analytics
The site sets no advertising cookies. A remembered preference may be kept in your browser's local storage. Website analytics, if enabled in future, will be limited to anonymised visit counts. Google Maps embeds on the contact page are loaded from Google and subject to Google's privacy policy.
Your choices
Ask us at hello@mbchetty.in to correct or delete your enquiry details at any time; we act within 7 working days unless a legal retention period applies. You may withdraw consent to be contacted by replying STOP on WhatsApp or telling the sales desk.
Security
Forms are submitted over HTTPS; stored data is protected by server-side access controls and rate limiting. No system is perfectly secure; if you suspect misuse, contact us immediately.
