Crusher dust is the unwashed 0–4.75 mm fines that come off the crushing and screening circuit — cheaper than M-Sand because it is not washed or zone-graded, and exactly right for jobs that want a tight-compacting, fine material rather than a concrete sand: paver-block bedding and jointing, block and paver manufacture with 6mm chips, pipe bedding and trench backfill, plinth and floor filling under PCC, and the fines fraction of GSB and WMM blends.
It is not a substitute for M-Sand in structural concrete or for P-Sand in plaster — the dust content is too high — and we say so rather than sell it for the wrong job.

Produced to IS 383:2016 gradings (M-Sand Zone II, P-Sand to IS 1542, GSB/WMM to MoRTH Section 400). Gradation, silt, crushing value and flakiness are tested through accredited third-party laboratories; certificates accompany every bulk contract.

Crusher dust used as bedding for our paver block driveways. Fine and free of debris, and it compacts very well. Prices are sensible and the office adjusts quantities even mid-project.
Good fill material for levelling our garden site. Moisture content was low and spreading was easy. Would appreciate a WhatsApp update when the truck leaves the quarry, but quality itself is very good.
GSB supplied for our approach road passed the density tests first time. Gradation was exactly as per our specification sheet. Their team even arranged night-time delivery for our traffic window.

Crusher Dust — questions buyers ask
Can crusher dust be used instead of M-Sand?
Not for structural concrete or plaster — its dust content exceeds what IS 383 allows and strength and finish suffer. Use it for bedding, filling, block making and road-layer fines, where it performs well and costs less.
How much dust for a paver-block yard?
A 40 mm bedding layer over 1,000 sq ft is about 3.7 m³ — roughly 6.3 MT — plus 22–25 MT of GSB or 40mm for a 150 mm base.
